When we collect data on behalf of our Customers, Clarasight is acting as a “data processor” and we contractually committed ourselves, including by signing data processing agreements, to only process such information on behalf and under the instruction of the respective customer who is the “data controller”. This Privacy Policy does not apply to instances where Clarasight is processing data as a data processor.
We collect information, including information that directly identifies you or that makes you identifiable (“personal information ” or “personal data”), in connection with your visits to and use of the Service. This information may include your business information, including your first name, last name, email, phone number, company, company size, industry type, and any other information you provide, including your interests in relation to our Service or applicable business information. We use this information to communicate with you about your inquiry or interests and to provide you with information on our Service.
Payment Processing. We may collect personal information to facilitate payment transactions and manage payment of our Service. Please note that we use third party payment processors to process payments made to us. As such, we do not retain any personally identifiable financial information such as credit card numbers, rather, all such information is provided directly by you to our third-party processor and is governed by their privacy policy.

California's "Shine the Light" law (Civil Code Section § 1798.83) permits individuals with whom we have a business relationship who are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of Personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. The California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 ("CCPA") as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act(“CPRA”), provides several rights to California residents with regards to the collection, disclosure, sale, and deletion of their Personal Data. Under the CCPA, a business that sells California residents' personal information to others: 1) must give notice to California residents before selling their personal information to others; and 2) must provide the right to opt out of the sale of their personal information. Clarasight does not sell personal information, including personal information of anyone under 16 years old. Thus, these notification and opt-out requirements do not apply to Clarasight. In accordance with California law, minors under the age of 18 residing in California may remove or request and obtain removal of content and information that they post on a website or other web-based apps. In order to remove or to request and obtain removal of such content and information, you may alert us at consumersupport@clarasight.com so that we may take appropriate action. You should be aware that removal of the content and information posted by a minor does not ensure complete or comprehensive removal of the content or information posted on our Services.
Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 18; if you are not 18 years or older, do not use our Services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18 unless a parent has consented to it. If we learn that personal information of persons less than 18 years-of-age has been collected through our Services, we will take the appropriate steps to delete that information.
