Clarasight Raises $11.5M Series A to Bring AI to Enterprise Travel

Today, we're announcing that Clarasight has raised $11.5 million in Series A funding led by AlleyCorp, with participation from Rackhouse Venture Capital, Clocktower Ventures, Pulse Fund, Thayer Ventures, Future Back Ventures, Vestigo Ventures, and XYZ Venture Capital.

The Problem We're Solving

Corporate travel is one of the largest discretionary spend categories in the enterprise. Companies spend billions on it every year. And yet, the infrastructure behind it is broken and the way programs are managed is reactive rather than proactive.

Travel data lives in TMCs. Expense data lives in a separate system. Card, HR and business context data exist in disparate silos. None of these systems talk to each other in a meaningful way.

Once data is finally cleaned, travel managers are often left with an outdated historical report, but no clear path to act on it.

The result? Strategic decisions get delayed, savings opportunities get missed, and the people responsible for one of the company's largest spend categories are stuck doing administrative work instead of driving outcomes.

Four of the sixteen largest corporate travel programs in the BTN 100 are Clarasight customers, including two Big Four accounting firms.

What's Next

This investment funds two areas: advances in product development and go-to-market.

On product, we're continuing to deepen our AI-native infrastructure while building out the automation and intelligence layer that allows enterprise leaders to move faster, work smarter, and automate savings.

The roadmap is ambitious and the team building it is exceptional.

On go-to-market, we're expanding across North America and Europe. The demand signal for global companies across both markets is strong as they face the same data fragmentation and program management challenges, often compounded by regulatory complexity and the desire to optimize spend as the cost of travel explodes.

The market is ready. We've proven the product works at scale. Now we go back to building.
