As long-time friends who have collectively traveled through more than 100 countries, we both fell in love years ago with the transformative experiences that travel enables. But as we progressed into our careers, we saw the challenges of traveling in a professional context and the impact that wasteful travel has both on a business and the planet.
In speaking with enterprise leaders, we heard that corporate travel is expected to reach $2T in annual spend by 2029 yet companies are frustrated by the absence of a Mission Control system of action to manage spend, policies, vendors, emissions and more. Data and workflows exist in spreadsheets and silos, leading to massive inefficiencies and uniformed decisions that leaders and travelers know a purpose built AI-powered solution can address.
It was through this journey of listening and learning that we created Clarasight.
