Clarasight (previously known as Climate Club) is a company rooted in the belief that every action matters. As long-time friends and now parents with young children whose futures we care about deeply, we originally came together around a simple question - how can we as individuals make a difference in reversing climate change? It turns out that countless others were asking this same question. Not just at home, but in their place of work where often the biggest impact is possible.
In speaking with leaders of companies, we heard that the pathway to Net Zero requires employee action. And yet without a dedicated solution, these leaders were struggling to activate and operationalize their people at scale. We also learned that when an enterprises invests in sustainability it translates into greater profits, stronger brand loyalty and winning on talent.
It was through this journey of listening and learning that we created Clarasight to close the gap between these climate-related intentions and actions.
